About the role
- Serve as the central coordinator for operational and administrative projects across the CPG and Retail verticals at Eversight, supporting commercial teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, CS, Legal, Marketing, Product, and Product Operations.
- Lead commercial projects end-to-end that enhance our sales process and customer engagement.
- Coordinate calendar management across teams to optimize scheduling and meeting efficiency.
- Coordinate operational logistics including travel planning, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder communications to support effective leadership activities.
- Maintain our contract management software (Ironclad), serving as the primary liaison between the Commercial team and the Legal team.
- Provide day-to-day support of all Account Executives working on drafting and executing legal documents.
- Manage rebate redemption operations that support promotional experimentation, collaborating with cross-functional partners.
- Lead data compilation and materials preparation for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring comprehensive executive reporting.
- Oversee strategic briefing preparation for industry conferences, managing document development and stakeholder coordination.
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams to troubleshoot billing exceptions and handle escalated financial matters.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales/CS enablement or operations
- Demonstrated experience leading projects end-to-end with measurable outcomes
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience building and optimizing processes that enhance team effectiveness
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), CSPs (Planhat, Gainsight), and Google Workspace
