About the role
- Serve as the team enablement specialist for Eversight's Retail business, driving efficiency and quality across the customer journey from prospect to successful client.
- Lead commercial projects end-to-end that enhance the sales process and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, CS, Legal, Product, and Product Operations.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to develop, manage, and evolve high-impact sales materials communicating value proposition.
- Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs to ensure commercial team fluency in product capabilities and competitive positioning.
- Evaluate and enhance sales performance tracking systems to deliver actionable pipeline insights and forecasting accuracy.
- Develop and refine customer health scoring models to drive proactive retention strategies and revenue optimization.
- Drive data governance initiatives to maintain reporting accuracy and enable reliable business intelligence.
- Develop and maintain standardized playbooks to streamline processes and ensure consistent execution across teams.
- Drive strategic initiatives to maximize customer retention rates and identify expansion opportunities within the existing client base.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales/CS enablement or operations
- Demonstrated experience leading projects end-to-end with measurable outcomes
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience building and optimizing processes that enhance team effectiveness
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), CSPs (Planhat, Gainsight), and Google Workspace
- Preferred: Knowledge of the Grocery Retail and CPG industries
- Preferred: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve work quality
- Preferred: Experience building solutions with low-code/no-code workflow and automation tools to streamline operations and eliminate manual processes
