About the role

  • Build and optimize marketing and sales funnels that drive measurable business impact.
  • Design and run scalable processes supporting sales-led growth across regions.
  • Partner with regional marketing, sales, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Act as connector across teams—aligning operations, building shared processes, and driving success through goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead ABM operations: build, manage, and optimize the ABM stack in close partnership with sales to deliver pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Partner with sales leadership and regional marketing to design, implement, and optimize funnels that drive conversion and growth.
  • Build shared processes and playbooks with sales and marketing to ensure efficiency and clarity across regions.
  • Monitor funnel performance and deliver actionable insights to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Manage cross-company projects with multiple stakeholders, creating clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive improvements in lead management, attribution, and campaign operations for efficiency and impact.
  • Support new initiatives by designing scalable processes that adapt to evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a SaaS B2B company in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • Proven experience running ABM operations, building and managing an ABM stack, and driving shared processes with sales.
  • Proven experience with enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Cleabit, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (must): strong knowledge of its architecture, objects, and ability to build reports and dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-company projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, critical thinker, and strong communicator.
  • Advantage: Experience leveraging AI solutions and efficiency tools, including agents, prompts, and no-code automation platforms.
