About the role
- Secure new locker host locations by proactive outreach, pitches, and negotiations.
- Build lasting relationships with property owners, retailers, and other potential partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing agreements.
- Ensure each new location is successfully onboarded and collaborate cross-functionally for smooth roll-outs.
- Spot new market opportunities and propose creative ideas to expand and optimize the locker network.
- Drive high-volume deals and long-term partnerships to grow Instabee's locker network.
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A proactive self-starter with strong sales drive and resilience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to influence and close deals.
- Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and excited to build something that scales.
