About the role

  • Establish the HRBP Practice: Help design and launch the foundational HRBP framework
  • Strategic Partnering: Act as a primary thought partner to leadership
  • Organizational Design: Partner with department heads to assess team structures
  • Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster a culture of "Mavericks, Allies, and Visionaries"
  • Performance & Development: Lead talent reviews and succession planning
  • Data-Driven HR: Utilize people analytics to identify trends in retention and engagement
  • Change Management: Lead the "people side" of organizational changes
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure our HR practices remain compliant with employment laws

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role within a high-growth B2B SaaS or HealthTech environment.
  • Understand the "why" behind the business
  • Connect a hiring plan to a revenue goal
  • Coaching senior leaders and influencing outcomes
  • Comfortable using AI and modern HR tools (Gusto, Greenhouse, etc.)
  • Thrive in the "ambiguity" of a startup
  • Passionate about healthcare and technology to improve lives.
