About the role
- Establish the HRBP Practice: Help design and launch the foundational HRBP framework
- Strategic Partnering: Act as a primary thought partner to leadership
- Organizational Design: Partner with department heads to assess team structures
- Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that foster a culture of "Mavericks, Allies, and Visionaries"
- Performance & Development: Lead talent reviews and succession planning
- Data-Driven HR: Utilize people analytics to identify trends in retention and engagement
- Change Management: Lead the "people side" of organizational changes
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure our HR practices remain compliant with employment laws
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- At least 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role within a high-growth B2B SaaS or HealthTech environment.
- Understand the "why" behind the business
- Connect a hiring plan to a revenue goal
- Coaching senior leaders and influencing outcomes
- Comfortable using AI and modern HR tools (Gusto, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Thrive in the "ambiguity" of a startup
- Passionate about healthcare and technology to improve lives.
