Account Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client brief owners, handling all communications and requests
• Project manage point-of-sale communications aligned with the Waitrose business plan and brand values
• Engage target audiences with relevant content through structural and visual creative development
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery within agreed SLAs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget – "Right First Time"
• Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives, including RFQ for print suppliers
• Focus on reducing point-of-sale volume and achieving cost savings
• Provide administrative support in invoicing, WIP updates, briefing, and supplier management
• Integrate into the client’s marketing team and act as Client Services Lead to deliver exemplary service

Account Executive

• Support the Account Management team to deliver campaigns, gathering project requirements and keeping trackers and systems up to date.
• Coordinate briefing, production and client services with internal teams and vendors.
• Monitor timelines and key milestones to ensure best-in-class service delivery to the client.
• Create briefs, internal status updates and communications.
• Liaise with clients to gather project requirements and provide updates.
• Maintain DAMs, trackers, tickets, systems and asset libraries ensuring accuracy.
• Assist in creating cost estimates, budget tracking and invoicing; support in gathering and organising project data for financial analysis and reporting.
• Support living and breathing brand guidelines and conduct competitor analysis.
