About the role
- Support the Account Management team to deliver campaigns, gathering project requirements and keeping trackers and systems up to date.
- Coordinate briefing, production and client services with internal teams and vendors.
- Monitor timelines and key milestones to ensure best-in-class service delivery to the client.
- Create briefs, internal status updates and communications.
- Liaise with clients to gather project requirements and provide updates.
- Maintain DAMs, trackers, tickets, systems and asset libraries ensuring accuracy.
- Assist in creating cost estimates, budget tracking and invoicing; support in gathering and organising project data for financial analysis and reporting.
- Support living and breathing brand guidelines and conduct competitor analysis.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills paired with a positive attitude, a drive to learn and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.

- Computer literate with a good knowledge of excel and strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
