Support the Account Management team to deliver campaigns, gathering project requirements and keeping trackers and systems up to date.
Coordinate briefing, production and client services with internal teams and vendors.
Monitor timelines and key milestones to ensure best-in-class service delivery to the client.
Create briefs, internal status updates and communications.
Liaise with clients to gather project requirements and provide updates.
Maintain DAMs, trackers, tickets, systems and asset libraries ensuring accuracy.
Assist in creating cost estimates, budget tracking and invoicing; support in gathering and organising project data for financial analysis and reporting.
Support living and breathing brand guidelines and conduct competitor analysis.
