- Manages assigned clients, focusing on their overall success and growth
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients
- Advises clients on HR compliance and business goals
- Utilizes knowledge in employee relations and HR strategies
- Engages with internal support teams to provide value-added services

- Facilitates client trainings and collaborates on HR goals

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of end-to-end Human Resources operations experience
- Prior experience in multi-state companies with at least 500 employees
- Experience operating in a matrixed environment is preferred
- At least one of the following certifications is preferred: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
