About the role
- Serve as a trusted clinical and strategic resource for Insightec’s hospital and physician customers.
- Foster strong clinical relationships, helping sites optimize operational workflows.
- Champion a patient-first mindset supporting safe, effective, and expanded access to MRgFUS.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, and administrators to support excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with institutional priorities and clinical goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of customer-facing medical device experience (neuro and/or radiology preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong work ethic, organization, and accountability
- Strong commercial instincts
- Experience building or scaling new programs, service lines or markets
- Experience with executive-level hospital engagement
- Travel: 50% minimum.
