• First dedicated deal professional role, reporting directly to the CEO/Founder and acting as a key strategic partner.
• Own the entire investment lifecycle across healthcare M&A and real estate: sourcing, underwriting, diligence, and execution.
• Key responsibilities include proprietary deal sourcing, financial modeling (DCF, LBO, IRR waterfalls), due diligence, investment memos, pipeline management, market research, and relationship management with brokers and sellers.

• This is a remote position.
• Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Bookkeeper to join our finance team.
• The successful candidate will assist with daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and maintain accurate financial records using cash basis accounting principles.
• Key Responsibilities: Daily Bookkeeping Tasks; Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO); Process cash receipts and payments as they occur; Perform accurate data entry for invoices, receipts, and expense reports; Categorize income and expenses according to chart of accounts; Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial documents; Cash Basis Accounting; Record revenue when cash is received; Record expenses when cash payments are made to vendors; Track cash flow and maintain accurate cash position records; Ensure all transactions are properly dated and categorized; Monitor and record bank deposits and withdrawals; Bank Reconciliations; Perform monthly bank reconciliations in QuickBooks Online; Match bank transactions with recorded entries; Identify and resolve discrepancies; Maintain accurate bank account balances; Handle multiple bank accounts if applicable; Financial Record Maintenance; Update and maintain customer and vendor information in QBO; Track and categorize business expenses by department/project; Generate basic financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet); Support month-end and year-end closing procedures; Administrative Support; Assist with payroll data entry and processing; Maintain compliance with document retention policies; Support the accounting staff with special projects; Organize and file receipts and supporting documentation
