The Sales Enablement Specialist will empower our sales team by building processes, training programs, and coaching systems that support both performance and culture
While this role does not involve direct selling, it plays a critical part in ensuring the sales team has the tools, guidance, and environment to succeed
Reporting under HR & People Operations, you’ll partner closely with Sales leadership to align processes, reinforce culture, and drive results.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in sales or sales enablement
Passion for coaching, process improvement, and building a culture of empathy and performance
Ability to build processes, training programs, and coaching systems
Strong collaboration with HR & People Operations and Sales leadership
