About the role
- This is a remote position at Insight Therapy Solutions
- The Sales Enablement Specialist will empower our sales team by building processes, training programs, and coaching systems that support both performance and culture
- While this role does not involve direct selling, it plays a critical part in ensuring the sales team has the tools, guidance, and environment to succeed
- Reporting under HR & People Operations, you’ll partner closely with Sales leadership to align processes, reinforce culture, and drive results.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales enablement
- Passion for coaching, process improvement, and building a culture of empathy and performance
- Ability to build processes, training programs, and coaching systems
- Strong collaboration with HR & People Operations and Sales leadership
