About the role
- Remote position within a rapidly growing entrepreneurial enterprise operating a national behavioral health telehealth clinic and multi-state real estate investment company.
- First dedicated deal professional role, reporting directly to the CEO/Founder and acting as a key strategic partner.
- Own the entire investment lifecycle across healthcare M&A and real estate: sourcing, underwriting, diligence, and execution.
- Key responsibilities include proprietary deal sourcing, financial modeling (DCF, LBO, IRR waterfalls), due diligence, investment memos, pipeline management, market research, and relationship management with brokers and sellers.
Requirements
- Experienced Analyst: 2-4 years of high-performance experience in investment banking, private equity, "Big 4" transaction advisory, or related corporate development.
- Modeling Expert: Exceptional, non-negotiable proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques; able to build complex models from scratch.
- A Proactive Hunter: Self-starter with a hunter mentality; comfortable sourcing opportunities via outreach and phone prospecting.
- A Clear Communicator: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, able to concisely articulate complex financial information.
- An Independent Operator: Disciplined and able to thrive in an autonomous, remote work environment; results-driven.
