About the role
- Develop our client base and execute processes to generate new sales opportunities;
- Build relationships with our prospects by nurturing and educating them about our product and its value through outbound cold calls, emails, or even social media!
- Personalize our content according to the prospect. We are building a human connection; our prospects should feel that they are valuable potential clients. Therefore, you should care about the details about them.
- Pass on sales-qualified leads to an account executive to close.
- Understand client needs and requirements. You will also brainstorm together with your team on how we can identify key players and generate interest in Insider One’s products in targeted industries and segments.
- Most importantly, you will learn. A LOT. You will join countless training sessions, and you will also learn from your team members and leaders who are top-notch sales professionals.
Requirements
- are a new graduate with a degree from related fields (“Inside Sales” experience is a plus),
- have good exposure to the e-commerce industry,
- are able to multitask and manage time effectively,
- have excellent oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English),
- have strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day,
- are creative about researching markets, identifying key players, and generating leads,
- are flexible and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment,
- have strong problem identification and objection resolution skills,
- preferably have digital marketing-related experience in a customer-oriented position.
