About the role
- Respond to all inbound leads within minutes.
- Pre-screen and pre-qualify leads on the first call to ensure only high-quality, high-intent appointments are booked.
- Handle and overcome pricing, timing, or logistical objections during the initial call.
- Set firm, pre-closed appointments with the direct decision-makers for both residential and commercial projects.
- Accurately update customer relationship management (CRM) records and manage follow-up sequences for leads that require nurturing.
- Ensure a clean, detailed handoff of the pre-qualified lead and appointment details to the sales team.
Requirements
- Strong, proven background in sales, cold calling, or high-volume appointment setting where performance was tied to conversion metrics.
- Excellent, highly fluent English is mandatory.
- Must possess a neutral or American-sounding accent and a deep understanding of U.S. colloquialisms.
- Must have an established background in U.S. culture and market dynamics to build instant rapport and professional trust over the phone.
