About the role
- **Key Responsibilities**
- - Conduct **cold calls** and follow-ups to prospective clients to introduce GPS’s outsourcing and staffing solutions.
- - Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone, email, and online channels.
- - Manage and optimize CRM pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and conversions.
- - Develop tailored business proposals and close new client accounts.
- - Collaborate with marketing to design targeted outreach campaigns.
- - Oversee staffing operations from sourcing to deployment, ensuring quality alignment between clients and candidates.
- - Maintain ongoing communication with clients to build lasting partnerships.
- - Track key business metrics (conversion rate, retention, revenue per client) and recommend improvement strategies.
Requirements
- **Qualifications & Experience**
- - Bachelor’s degree (any field; Architecture or Business background a plus).
- - 3–5 years in business development, telesales, or staffing.
- - Proven record in **cold calling** and lead generation.
- - Proficiency with CRM systems and VoIP tools.
- - Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
