Serve as the main point of coordination for all administrative and organizational tasks.
Manage and prioritize email correspondence and communications between partners and external professionals (lawyers, accountants, vendors, etc.).
Prepare and maintain financial documents such as expense reports, invoices, and payment records.
Conduct quick online research and prepare materials for meetings and business tasks.
Use and recommend productivity tools for task tracking, documentation, and workflow management.
Manage all aspects of frequent business and personal travel for both partners, including booking flights, setting reservations, and coordinating ground transportation.
Schedule and manage business appointments and follow-ups.
Represent the partners professionally in all communications, including phone calls, text, Slack, and email.
Attend virtual meetings with the partners and their contacts to take notes, manage follow-up action items, and maintain a highly presentable and professional appearance and setting.
Handle sensitive business and personal data with the utmost security, privacy, and discretion.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a remote capacity, with exposure to both business and personal administrative tasks.
Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Must be proficient in working with spreadsheets/basic accounting knowledge necessary for expense reports.
Must possess reliable, high-speed internet and the necessary high-quality hardware/computer capable of running business software and participating in professional video calls.
A reliable backup internet plan is essential.
Excellent verbal and written English fluency is mandatory.
