About the role
- Provide excellent onboarding, maintain ongoing client relationships and offer proactive support
- Act as the main point of contact for clients to deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure platform value
- Become a specialist in the Insense platform and paid social advertising to solve problems and provide consultative advice
- Build and foster strong relationships with clients and own client communication across channels
- Proactively outreach accounts, recommend solutions and identify growth opportunities based on data and product features
- Support running internal client activation campaigns and daily customer operations/back-office tasks
- Track accounts to identify churn risk and act proactively to eliminate that risk
- Be the voice of customers to inform Product, Engineering and internal teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering and manage client campaigns with the Creator Growth team
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer success (or similar roles) experience in SaaS or marketing
- Familiar with GSuite, Hubspot, Notion, JIRA, or similar software
- Highly skilled in English communication, both spoken and written
- Experience in identifying, tracking, and resolving issues
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects
- Customer-centric with a proactive approach to anticipating client needs
- Must be available every working day between 9 am and 6 pm EST
- This role is open to anyone based in LATAM (contractor agreement)
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of digital marketing, influencer marketing and social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Bonus: Experience tracking and reporting on KPIs for customer success, satisfaction, and retention
