About the role

  • A hands-on field-based role to repair our parcel lockers on client’s sites
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults and malfunctions of parcel locker machines (APMs)
  • Maintenance and modernisation of parcel locker machines
  • Implementing hardware and software upgrades to enhance reliability and efficiency
  • Processing and reporting on assigned repairs
  • Quality control of work performed by internal employees and subcontractors
  • Providing technical and substantive support to employees and subcontractors
  • Participating in the development of solutions for new types of parcel locker machines
  • Preparing and updating technical manuals and documentation

Requirements

  • Similar experience in a Field service technical engineering role on electrical/mechanical equipment
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools and diagnostic tools (multi-meter)
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment
  • Experience in software configuration and firmware updates
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide technical training
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently
  • High accuracy in quality control and documentation updates
  • Experience working with diverse teams, including international subcontractors and internal staff
  • Familiarity with parcel locker or similar systems and organisational IT tools
  • Effective time management and responsible handling of tools and components.
