About the role
- Serve as a strategic technology and business advisor for Oracle SaaS customers.
- Ensure customers realise value from their Oracle ERP and SCM investments.
- Support a portfolio of customers, mentoring internal teams.

Requirements
- Deep expertise across Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement, Projects, Supply Chain, or a combination).
- Strong understanding of Oracle architecture, integrations, and leading practices.
- Experience in end‑to‑end ERP delivery, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
- Proven ability to build trust with customers and serve as their long-term ERP advisor.
- Skilled in managing multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
- Experience guiding or supporting junior consultants.
- Desire to help others grow and contribute to a high-performing managed services team.
- Passion for knowledge sharing and enabling others to thrive.
- Ability to identify opportunities within customer challenges.
- Strong presales involvement or interest in developing presales skills.
- Comfortable influencing customer roadmaps and internal business strategy.
