About the role

  • Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for foundational analytics products, spanning dashboards, visualizations, and analytical engines (e.g., groupers, quality measures, risk calculators).
  • Drive differentiation by monitoring competitor moves and industry adoption trends across both the front end (interaction layers like dashboards) and the back end (underlying calculations and engines).
  • Enhance usability, design, and effectiveness of dashboards to increase customer adoption, satisfaction, and measurable business impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions align with market needs and organizational priorities.
  • Conduct user research and feedback loops to identify gaps, refine product-market fit, and guide prioritization.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability of analytics engines across multiple business units and product lines.
  • Establish best practices for dashboard development, visualization standards, and performance optimization.
  • Continuously evolve analytics capabilities by evaluating emerging technologies and trends in data visualization and interactive insights.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics role or product role managing analytical products in the healthcare domain
  • Proven experience in designing and managing dashboards and analytical platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of analytics strategy, data visualization principles, and BI/analytical engines.
  • Demonstrated success in improving usability and market adoption of analytics products.
  • Ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions and communicate effectively with both audiences.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in healthcare is required
