About the role
- Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track revenue performance, sales trends, and operational metrics.
- Dashboarding: Design and manage interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators.
- Performance Metric Monitoring: Monitor and analyze GTM performance metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support GTM Leadership: Partner with GTM leadership to deliver tailored data reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to optimize revenue operations processes through data analysis and automation.
- Provide training and support to GTM teams on interpreting reports and leveraging dashboards effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or data analytics, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance metric analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
