About the role

  • Manage overall performance and governance of the Statement of Work (SOW) and day-to-day operations per SLAs.
  • Promptly identify and resolve service delivery issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Handle transition management during set-up or expansion phases.
  • Support deployment of infrastructure (technology, financial, HR, security, facilities, communications) to perform Services.
  • Install service delivery processes and service level reporting mechanisms.
  • Provide people management, mentorship, and career development to managers and agents/raters.
  • Drive continuous improvement and productivity gains; initiate productivity, process, security and facilities improvement plans.
  • Flag and escalate business risks to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end small to medium project deployment in collaboration with Total Quality Management (TQM) teams.
  • Provide thought leadership on language and dialect nuances for recruitment and evaluation.
  • Support customer satisfaction and promote collaboration with TQM and Operations leaders.
  • Translate business requirements into operations plans and craft SLA tracking, monitoring, and reporting methodologies.
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs, direct Root Cause Analyses and define resolution strategies.
  • Assess and prioritize top operations issues; collaborate with support teams on kick-offs and status reporting.
  • Manage, monitor, and communicate change delivery items; oversee new hire deployment to client platforms.
  • Coach and mentor leaders on people management and bolster training program management.
  • Support management on business and expansion strategies, revenue, profitability, and financial improvement plans.

Requirements

  • A thoughtful leader who is a native speaker of at least 3 languages with minimum C1 US English proficiency.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations and people management, including managing leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently through to successful implementation in an operational environment.
  • Experience and passion for managing large diverse teams of experts across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong desire to develop team members; experience mentoring and coaching leaders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Certification on Project Management or Six Sigma a plus.
  • Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative energy, drive, initiative, commitment, and enthusiasm.
