About the role
- Keeping clients, technicians, and BCBAs feeling confident and comfortable
- Support hero role for variety and teamwork
- Work with the RDT to determine location of support provided for on-site days
- Conduct telehealth services on work from home day to meet billable requirements
- Minimum of 25 hours of billable work is required per week
Requirements
- Ongoing caseload support of up to 250 hours scheduled weekly client hours in assigned clinic(s)
- Support BCBAs with assessments through report writing
- Conduct parent interviews
- Set up Central Reach for data collection
- Train technicians during their shadow sessions or conduct competency checks
- Conduct supervision for a BCBA on PTO
- Provide minimum of 10% supervision for client
- Complete other tasks as assigned by Regional Director
