About the role
- Be the primary point of contact for technical support requests from our customers (external clients and employees).
- Assist our clients in resolving their IT issues.
- Provide support for our various service offerings (monitoring, ticketing, support, corrective actions, maintaining operational readiness).
- Escalate tickets and open Microsoft cloud support tickets.
- Analyze encountered technical issues.
- Track incident progression and initiate corrective actions.
- Communicate in English with our international teams to resolve higher-level tickets.
- Mobile fleet management - multi-OS MDM management: Intune, Jamf, Knox, Android Zero-touch.
- Supervision and automation tools for audio-visual systems, including updates and configuration.
- Support and assist our Technical Service Center.
- Ensure deployment procedures for our Technical Service Center are kept up to date.
Requirements
- Higher education in IT (minimum Bac+2 / equivalent to an associate degree).
- At least 2 years of successful experience in this field, or a self-taught profile with proven expertise.
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Autotask, GLPI, etc.).
- Operating systems: Windows 10 and 11, macOS.
- Applications: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, FileZilla, Teams, Word, Excel.
- Cloud: Office 365, Intune, Autopilot, Azure portal, Entra ID.
- Telephony/mobile: iOS, Android, Intune, Knox.
- ITIL awareness.
- Certifications for covered solutions (Microsoft, MDM, audio-visual) are strongly appreciated.
- You are autonomous, thorough, and organized.
- You have good interpersonal skills, are an effective communicator, and a good listener.
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills to perform diagnostics.
- You adapt easily to different environments.
- You can communicate in written English at a minimum and ideally orally as well (technical English).
- You are creative and innovative and proactively propose improvements.
- Your curiosity, adaptability, and listening skills will allow you to integrate quickly and make the most of training provided within the company.
