Engineering Manager

• Drive the culture & execution of our engineering teams
• Champion our engineering execution and AI usage adoption to a world-class level
• Stay on top of daily execution and be close to technical execution, navigate team through technical unknowns partnering with principal engineers, acting as a strong senior engineer if needed
• Own all aspects of team’s technical execution (planning, prototyping, timelines, deliverables, launch, observability, maintenance, customer love)
• Translate overarching product and technical vision and form a strategy for the team(s) with OKRs, roadmaps and tech specs
• Shape engineering organisation by identifying bottlenecks, opportunities and full hiring and performance management cycle of the team(s)
• Partner with product and design team to deliver value to our customers in weeks, not months through technical innovation (API-first products, self-service, data intelligence)
