About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Manage our travel and expense process, including reporting
Support monthly closing, financial reporting, and analysis
Prepare and reconcile balance sheet accounts
Assist with tax returns and other regulatory filings
Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Support other accounting and finance tasks as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Good knowledge of Swedish accounting standards, including K3
Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
Confidence working with spreadsheets, including Excel or Google Sheets
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
Fluency in both Swedish and English
Experience from a similar accounting role (bonus)
Experience working in Fortnox or another accounting system (bonus)
