  • Partner Enablement: Equip partners with the tools and knowledge to become strategic advisors to their clients, focusing on profitability, service delivery, and long-term growth.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to key decision-makers, influencing their investment in scalable growth initiatives through Ingram Micro’s ecosystem.
  • Practice Development: Educate partners on best-in-class IT solutions and services, raising their technical proficiency and helping them win more business through relevance and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Understand partner sales organizations, identify key influencers, and build collaborative relationships that drive mutual success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years in a related technical or enablement role)
  • Deep expertise in Watsonx, Cognos, CP4D, and SPSS
  • Strong grasp of channel sales models and experience working with resellers, distributors, and vendors
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to translate complex technical concepts into business value
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strategic problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
  • Willingness to travel within your region to support partners and attend industry events
  • Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders and driving adoption of technical solutions
