About the role
- Solution Evangelism: Introduce and demonstrate cutting-edge technologies, market trends, and business outcomes—including Watsonx, Cognos, CP4D, and SPSS—to help partners identify new opportunities and expand their capabilities.
- Partner Enablement: Equip partners with the tools and knowledge to become strategic advisors to their clients, focusing on profitability, service delivery, and long-term growth.
- Thought Leadership: Provide strategic guidance to key decision-makers, influencing their investment in scalable growth initiatives through Ingram Micro’s ecosystem.
- Practice Development: Educate partners on best-in-class IT solutions and services, raising their technical proficiency and helping them win more business through relevance and innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Understand partner sales organizations, identify key influencers, and build collaborative relationships that drive mutual success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years in a related technical or enablement role)
- Deep expertise in Watsonx, Cognos, CP4D, and SPSS
- Strong grasp of channel sales models and experience working with resellers, distributors, and vendors
- Exceptional communication skills—able to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strategic problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
- Willingness to travel within your region to support partners and attend industry events
- Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders and driving adoption of technical solutions
