About the role
- To fulfil a crucial function within the sales life cycle that provides the vision, benefits and oversight of customer solutions and supports the sales team for all new and growth opportunities
- Work with sales and technical colleagues to deliver compelling business proposals and presentations that understand the need of the customer and sell into the gap
- The measurement of success for this role is the contribution to Service Express in winning new business that is aligned to Service Express’ services portfolio
Requirements
- Proven experience in similar pre-sales or delivery role alternatively, a strong technical or engineering background with ambition to transition into pre-sales
- Experience supporting or delivering managed infrastructure services
- Strategic mindset with a consultative, customer-centric approach
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication, with confident presentation abilities
- Demonstrated strength in building and maintaining trusted client relationships
- Commercially savvy, with an understanding of how to articulate value to sales teams and customers
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in all deliverables
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is essential
- Familiarity with IBM hardware is desirable but not mandatory
