About the role
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 125 reseller accounts (mix of new and established)
- Build strong relationships and act as a primary point of contact and escalation
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue, increase margin, and expand product adoption
- Drive day-to-day sales activity including quoting, follow-ups, and closing opportunities
- Proactively engage customers to uncover new business needs and position solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to deliver results
- Prioritize effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Set clear expectations with customers and follow through with urgency and accuracy
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (any industry) OR 1+ year of experience in technology, distribution, or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
