About the role
- Create reports and presentations with help from others to support business reviews and partner engagement activities.
- Assist Level I associates with technical questions and quality engagement with partners.
- Make meaningful impact with initiatives driven by leaders and senior level associates.
- Lead technology/vendor programs, driving results through enablement activities.
- Work closely with direct leader to assist in achieving department metrics and goals.
- Serve as a trainer for technologies in which the individual is an expert.
Requirements
- Two-year college degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3-years’ experience in functional area OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 5-years’ functional experience, preferably at a senior level.
- Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
