About the role
- Responsible for driving business growth for Ingersoll Rand’s screw compressor portfolio within the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual booking and revenue targets as per AOP
- Identify new opportunities through prospection and customer visits
- Develop strong relationships with procurement, maintenance, projects, and decision makers
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Direct Sales of Equipment (preferably Lubricated & Oil-Free Screw)
- Strong market intelligence
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
