Manage and increase the sales of Aftermarket parts and service - driving the business forward via its chosen routes to market through distribution
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring they are fully supported, trained, and equipped to maximize sales and recurring revenue opportunities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the full product range, proactively managing the sales territory for optimal results
Negotiate pricing and drive margin improvements in line with company objectives
Gather and analyse market and competitor data to inform forecasts, annual plans, and product development
Resolve operational issues and represent the company at trade shows and in all business matters, ensuring positive outcomes for both the company and its partners
Support sales and marketing initiatives, including the promotion of IoT solutions and “hard parts” sales, and assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
Full driving licence
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements: Hybrid working with regular travel throughout Northern Europe
