Develop a best-in-class onboarding journey and create intuitive, efficient application processes
Act as Product Owner within an agile squad with a clear focus on customer value and impact
Prioritize the backlog, write user stories, and ensure ideas are quickly turned into visible results
Drive innovative web and app projects in collaboration with product management, business units, IT and Risk
Keep regulatory topics and governance responsibilities under control
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Support the full development lifecycle of new features and processes
Requirements
Degree in economics/business informatics, a technical or banking qualification, or several years of professional experience in a bank or FinTech product area
Several years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in a team with a strong IT focus
Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers, developers and data specialists, as well as 2nd line functions
Extensive experience in requirements engineering, data analysis and customer journey mapping
Solid expertise in project work and (IT) process management and ideally experience in the area of digital customer interfaces and banking products
Team player with a systematic, independent working style
Ability to think beyond immediate responsibilities and develop sustainable solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
