About the role

  • Own and grow relationships with agency partners that are critical to expanding INFUSE’s local presence and driving demand-led growth for our enterprise clients.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for managing agency relationships across Singapore.
  • Own the RFP process: ensure timely, compelling responses aligned with client and partner expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong agency connections through regular touchpoints—whether check-ins, coffee meetings, lunch or the occasional happy hour (with budget-wise discretion).
  • Stay attuned to agency shifts and opportunity signals—identify new needs, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive client retention and renewals for agency-linked accounts, working proactively to maintain momentum.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Director to advance renewal pipelines and escalate opportunities.
  • Partner with the GTM Strategist to coordinate agent-facing workshops, research-sharing sessions, and joint strategic initiatives.

  • Structured & Strategic: You can manage RFP workflows, track opportunity pipelines, and stay organized across multiple partners.
  • Collaborative Team Player: You partner across internal teams—sales, strategy, activation—to drive mutual success.
  • Region-Savvy: familiar with the Singapore market and agency culture, you navigate local expectations and nuances confidently.
  • Minimum 3- 5+ years experience in agency management, account leadership, or demand generation across B2B consultative environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in driving renewals, managing RFP cycles, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills, combined with commercial acumen in service-based partnerships.
  • A track record of success in client retention and agency-facing engagement.
