About the role
- Manage, support, and grow relationships with matured affiliate partners;
- Regularly assess and improve affiliate performance metrics across various KPIs;
- Develop tailored growth strategies for high-potential partners and identify upsell opportunities;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing) to streamline affiliate-related initiatives;
- Proactively manage partner expectations, resolve conflicts, and handle crisis communications professionally;
- Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to optimize affiliate contributions to the business;
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and CRM tracking of affiliate engagement, feedback, and campaign performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner relations, or growth marketing;
- Proven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, ideally in fintech or crypto;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across cultures and regions;
- Demonstrated crisis and relationship management experience;
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and identify growth opportunities;
- * Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders;
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a collaborative attitude;
- Experience in the crypto industry or fast-paced tech environments;
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and CRM systems
