About the role

  • Develop reports and customise KPIs for Network Testing product lines
  • Use Python, Pandas and Plotly Dash to create reports and bespoke KPIs on Infovista’s Cloud reporting platform
  • Serve as reporting technical expert within solution engineering team
  • Assist solution engineering and sales teams in understanding platform capabilities
  • Work closely with solution engineering and sales to align priorities and timescales
  • Understand customer challenges and propose suitable solutions
  • Communicate solutions to customers, explaining benefits or limitations
  • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Professional Services and Support
  • Travel on-site for proof-of-concept engagements when required
  • Provide regular updates to manager, customers and sales team

Requirements

  • 2+ years working in a development or reporting consultancy field, ideally in the telecoms market
  • University degree in engineering, computer science or a similar technical field
  • Python expert, experienced at developing reports using Pandas and Plotly Dash
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and create dashboards and reports
  • Ideally, a good knowledge of the mobile RAN and how this impacts KPIs and mobile customer experience
  • Experienced in managing customer engagements to successful completion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to present and engage with technical experts and managers
  • Collaborative mindset and attention to detail
