About the role

  • Execute local influencer campaigns aligned to regional and global priorities, owning timelines, creative execution, and performance tracking
  • Build and manage strong relationships with creators from up-and-coming talent to seasoned partners to ensure authentic storytelling and long-term brand advocacy
  • Identify and vet influencers for brand and campaign fit across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube with inclusive, culturally relevant casting
  • Draft clear, strategic briefs reflecting campaign objectives, key messages, and content guidelines
  • Partner with legal and agency teams to draft and negotiate influencer contracts covering deliverables, usage rights, paid media, exclusivity, and payment
  • Manage logistics for influencer stays or experiences including vetting, coordination, and credit/coupon approvals
  • Lead influencer onboarding and content reviews to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards
  • Track influencer performance, deliver regular updates to the regional team, and support end-of-campaign reporting across all social channels
  • Work with Marketing Affiliates and regional influencer lead to align plans and maximize campaign impact
  • Stay plugged into culture and trends, bringing creator ideas, campaign hooks, and reactive opportunities
  • Monitor performance using tools such as CreatorIQ and Sprinklr; partner with agency to optimize campaigns

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or social-first content strategy
  • Deep understanding of the creator landscape and strong instincts on what content resonates
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: sourcing, briefing, contracting, and performance analysis
  • Experience working with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Confident managing external agencies and multiple stakeholders across legal, marketing, and communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience writing briefs and reviewing content
  • Comfortable with creator negotiations including deliverables, usage rights, paid media options, exclusivity, and payment
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools (CreatorIQ, Sprinklr or similar) and reporting best practices
  • Able to juggle multiple campaigns, creators, and deliverables while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Passion for storytelling, digital culture, and brand building through the creator economy
  • Must be fluent in German and English
