Strategic and operational management of influencer marketing campaigns for our clients — from concept through successful execution and analysis.
Direct client support and consulting: develop strategies, present concepts, and own campaign reporting.
Lead and develop a team of Influencer Marketing Managers, including mentoring, coaching, and hands-on support.
Select, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships, including budget planning and performance analysis.
Ensure efficient processes and advance internal workflows to optimize campaign results.
Work closely with Performance Marketing and Creative teams to design data-driven and creative campaigns.
Monitor current social media and influencer trends and derive best practices to continuously evolve our influencer strategies.
Responsible for quality assurance and measuring campaign success using defined KPIs.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or partnership management
Fluent in German and English
Experience in direct client management as well as in developing and overseeing campaigns
Analytical and strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and results-oriented work approach
Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with clients, influencers, and internal stakeholders
Solid knowledge of campaign analysis and optimization, KPI tracking, and reporting
Interest in digital trends and developments and a deep understanding of the influencer and social media landscape.
