Lead end-to-end SAP program delivery across multiple workstreams in retail industry.
Manage successful execution of SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and retail-specific processes.
Manage complex S4/HANA programs across multiple modules (eg :- SD, MM, FICO, PP, QM etc).
Work closely with retail business stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Oversee SAP modules relevant to retail such as SAP Retail, FMS, S/4HANA, CAR, MM, SD, and POS integrations.
Lead teams in complex environments including multi-vendors and geographically distributed teams.
Prepare large proposals and program plans and review program financials.
Mentor and coach consulting resources.
Communicate and influence C-Level stakeholders.
Requirements
Experienced in leading challenging business transformation programs with proven program level delivery track record across full lifecycle SAP programs in retail industry.
Substantial proven experience working in client facing consulting roles.
Proven track record of managing SAP implementations or rollouts in the retail industry.
Work closely with retail business stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Deep understanding of retail business processes such as merchandising, inventory, promotions, pricing, store operations, and e-commerce.
Oversee all SAP modules relevant to retail such as SAP Retail, FMS, S/4HANA, CAR, MM, SD, and POS integrations.
Proven ability to deliver under challenging circumstances delivering to time, cost and quality and within budget.
Ability to lead teams in complex environments that include multi-vendors, complex client organization structures and geographically distributed teams.
Experience of working with global teams and a track record of leading teams of consultant based locally and remotely.
In depth knowledge of how to set up programs for success including IT, Business and Change components.
Ability to define well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply these practically.
Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.).
Ability to articulate value based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling propositions for clients.
Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
Strong understanding of SAP Activate or ASAP methodologies.
Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources.
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organizations.
