Take full ownership of Trendyol's sales and collection accounting processes.
Implement continuous automation and improvement of accounting processes with a "raise the bar" mindset.
Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team.
Work with tight deadlines on projects and fast monthly/yearly financial closing processes.
Ensure on-time, in-full, no-error reconciliations between bank POS reports, SAP ERP, and internal datawarehouse of all sales and collection.
Prepare and manage trial balances and monthly management and analytical reports.
Ensure accurate system-based tracking and proper accounting treatment of inventory sales and marketplace transactions.
Execute e-invoice and e-ledger processes.
Prepare the documentation of accounting files and support internal stakeholders with financial clarity and operational support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Finance or relevant fields.
Min 8 years of previous experience in accounting, tax, audit and similar areas.
Experience in SAP (especially in FI Module) is a plus.
Solid Bigdata analysis experience in complex structures.
Experience in accounting/Tax/audit departments of Big Four is a plus.
Having experience in the e-commerce sector is a plus.
Experience in process optimization and digitalization and/or automation projects of accounting workflows.
Willingness to improve processes which are handled manually.
Good command of English both in speaking and writing (excellent communication skills in English is a plus).
High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Strong Excel skills, proficient at working with BigData.
Ability to work well in a variety of different cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships across the organization.
Process-oriented and problem-solving attitude as well as strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality.
