About the role

  • Lead complex engagements; identify, sell and deliver consulting projects dealing with strategies and plans for strategic transformation.
  • Develop diagnostics, strategies, road maps and business cases for large scale transformations.
  • Pursue and grow deep client relationships, operating at the executive and senior management levels.
  • Provide leadership on critical engagements; work closely with diverse Infosys and client teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; network with industry experts and contribute to firm building through recruitment, mentoring, training and IP generation (POVs, whitepapers).
  • Develop next-generation leaders and disruptive service offerings across APAC.
  • Lead consulting engagements to realize benefits and meet agreed time, budgetary and quality measures.
  • Apply deep Insurance industry experience and domain knowledge across the insurance value chain (distribution, underwriting, claims management).
  • Achieve revenue contribution and utilization targets; support practice and capability development.
  • Effectively engage senior stakeholders and act as an industry thought leader to help customers deliver against strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Capabilities aligned to our ‘C-level Advisory’ (Strategy and Operations).
  • Business / IT advisory experience e.g. developing Operational Strategy, Plans and Frameworks to optimize assets to achieve business goals
  • Experience on alignment of Business architecture and Business visions
  • Business improvement capability: provide a holistic view across client’s business strategies, information requirements, processes, organization and technology to help them create, validate and execute their business plans.
  • Help clients embed innovation into their operating model by conceiving and delivering digital innovations.
  • Delivery and (ideally) business development experience in business transformation.
  • High energy, EQ and outstanding communication skills; written, oral and aural.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop and guide teams to ensure successful outcomes and foster growth.
  • Creates and maintains a result-oriented and positive collaborative culture within the engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business problems.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Establishes, maintains and develops strong relationships.
