About the role
- Lead large-scale ETRM transformation programs across trading, risk, and regulatory domains.
- Provide strategic direction and solution architecture for ETRM initiatives.
- Manage and mentor delivery teams, ensuring delivery governance and alignment with client objectives.
- Engage with clients to define requirements, drive innovation, and implement continuous improvement across trading platforms.
- Work within Infosys Consulting Energy Practice to support strategy, trading transformation, supply chain optimization, digital innovation, and renewables projects.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in ETRM systems (Endur etc.) and energy trading lifecycle.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex project deliveries.
- Experience in client engagement, solution architecture, and delivery governance.
- Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement across trading platforms.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Energy, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications in ETRM systems, Power Trading, or Energy Markets (preferred).
- Prior consulting experience with a focus on Energy/power markets (preferred).
