About the role
- Lead and manage change management efforts for large, complex transformation programmes and provide senior programme delivery leadership
- Continuously strengthen and develop the OCM community (market positioning, service development, project and team management, best practices)
- Responsible for WX business development and pre-sales (proposal creation, sales presentations, contract negotiations)
- Lead, build and drive go-to-market strategies and develop new firm-wide solutions
- Design, develop and sustain WX service offerings for change management strategies and plans
- Build and manage sustainable client relationships and act as a trusted C-level advisor
- Advise client leaders in the Health and Life Sciences sector
- Responsible for quality and profitability on engagements
- Lead and mentor other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice
- Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and tool development
- Work within Infosys Consulting to deliver OCM and training expertise for global clients
Requirements
- Previous consulting experience at a senior level
- Strong background in Health and Life Sciences (HLS) sector
- Business transformation and change management experience
- Proven track record in business development, pipeline management, and RFP/proposal creation
- Experience in Digital Transformation, Agile and/or ERP programmes
- Outstanding communication, presentation, client service and networking skills
- Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and provide direction across engagements
- Stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for diverse audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication in German (C2) and English (C2)
- Project-related mobility and willingness to travel
