Full-stack Engineer

• You’ll be joining Our Platform Sustaining & Enhancement team, the team that keeps the platform healthy while rapidly adding targeted, high-impact enhancements.
• Third-line investigations. Every morning the team reviews new issues that have already passed first and second line triage. You’ll dig into logs, traces and code to explain behaviour, patch bugs or raise backlog stories when deeper product work is needed. Often these investigations will result in improving observability or stability of the platform.
• High-impact feature work. Between investigations we deliver focused enhancements and platform improvements that don’t slot neatly into long-term road-maps. Because our team’s workload is unpredictable, delivery dates are flexible and scoped by the team.
• Platform observability & performance. Your team members continually raise the bar on monitoring, metrics and efficiency.
• Joining as our newest engineer, you’ll pair with seasoned Go / TypeScript / Python devs, owning real tasks from week one. Expect a dynamic mix of bug hunting, green field coding and customer interaction all in a cloud native solution.

• In this role, you will be a key technical resource and advisor across InfoSum’s product suite for prospective customers in North America. Your work will include contributing to sales presentations, providing product demonstrations, workflow modeling, solution design, and ensuring our customers fully grasp the value and benefit they can unlock from the InfoSum platform.
• At the deal close stage, you will partner with our Client Success and Customer Operations team to turn these solutions into reality, providing detailed documentation to guide our Implementation team and providing ongoing technical leadership where required, especially on our most complex and strategically important accounts.
• We primarily hire for aptitude not knowledge, although we would like to see prior experience in Solutions Engineering. We are open to experience at all levels for this opportunity and we can invest time in training candidates to upskill in areas required.
• What will I be doing?
• Partner with the sales team to pitch InfoSum’s technology to client decision makers (often at C-level) and technical, data and privacy teams, delivering exceptional technical demos and addressing technical and functional questions.
• Contribute to the RFI / RFP process for North American prospects in partnership with our product marketing team, writing responses and/or supporting your team as necessary.
• Act as a proactive technical subject matter expert and consultant on InfoSum’s technology and capabilities both internally and externally.
• Work closely with internal InfoSum teams (Engineering and Product, Customer Success and Support) to create transformative data collaboration solutions for prospects and clients. This will involve solving the biggest industry problems through the application of InfoSum technology, along with 3rd party complementary technologies (e.g. AWS and GCP data solutions) where relevant.
• Work with prospects and clients to understand requirements, design, document relevant solutions and develop strategies in partnership with Sales and Customer Success to successfully pitch these solutions, coordinating the delivery of these solutions with client teams and with our internal delivery teams.
• Seamlessly connect our technology to the wider martech and adtech ecosystem, partnering with the product team to help manage a program of data platform, CDP, DMP and SSP/DSP integrations and create implementation templates for easy client onboarding.
• Act as a conduit to our product and engineering teams, clearly articulating new feature requests from prospects and ensuring that client value and requirements are documented effectively.

• Work closely with Customer Success to understand, represent and deliver outstanding customer services to standard clients
• Consult on 1PD strategy, platform usage and partnerships
• Feedback core requirements and opportunities to the business and collaborate across internal departments for renewals, platform challenges, upselling, case studies and legal queries
• Act as a key technical resource and advisor across InfoSum’s product suite for prospective customers in the UK
• Contribute to sales presentations and provide product demonstrations
• Perform workflow modeling and solution design to illustrate platform value
• Partner with Client Success and Sales at deal close to turn solutions into reality and provide detailed documentation for the Implementation team

• Drive significant growth across brand, data and media owner business throughout North America and collaborate closely with leadership.
