About the role

  • Own the processes of onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth set up processes and an excellent experience
  • Draft documents such as contracts, contract changes and ensure documentation is appropriately tracked and stored across internal systems
  • Own the delivery of benefit programmes across regions
  • Manage day-to-day benefits administration and vendor relationships
  • Ensure policy legislation and employee handbooks are kept updated across global teams
  • Lead the operational delivery of HRIS Implementation and systems including configuration, testing, rollout and adoption across regions
  • Act as a system owner for day-to-day HRIS management
  • Drive continuous improvement of the People tech stack, identifying efficiencies and automation opportunities
  • Support the implementation of promotions and progression planning
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency
  • Analyse and suggest improvements for onboarding and administrative processes
  • Assist in answering employee questions about benefits, leave, and payroll
  • Help plan and execute wellness and culture-building activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of People Operations or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in automating manual workflows and scaling People Operations
  • Well versed in a variety of People Operations projects such as Benefits review, HRIS implementation, Onboarding and Offboarding workflows
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation
  • Previous experience with contracts and onboarding documents is essential
  • Experience with HRIS systems and tools
  • Previous experience implementing global benefits packages will be highly advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
