About the role
- Own the processes of onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth set up processes and an excellent experience
- Draft documents such as contracts, contract changes and ensure documentation is appropriately tracked and stored across internal systems
- Own the delivery of benefit programmes across regions
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration and vendor relationships
- Ensure policy legislation and employee handbooks are kept updated across global teams
- Lead the operational delivery of HRIS Implementation and systems including configuration, testing, rollout and adoption across regions
- Act as a system owner for day-to-day HRIS management
- Drive continuous improvement of the People tech stack, identifying efficiencies and automation opportunities
- Support the implementation of promotions and progression planning
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency
- Analyse and suggest improvements for onboarding and administrative processes
- Assist in answering employee questions about benefits, leave, and payroll
- Help plan and execute wellness and culture-building activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of People Operations or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in automating manual workflows and scaling People Operations
- Well versed in a variety of People Operations projects such as Benefits review, HRIS implementation, Onboarding and Offboarding workflows
- Ability to create clear and concise documentation
- Previous experience with contracts and onboarding documents is essential
- Experience with HRIS systems and tools
- Previous experience implementing global benefits packages will be highly advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
