About the role

  • Responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Info-Tech’s client base across assigned territory.
  • Use consultative B2B sales expertise to engage with senior technology executives, understand their challenges, and deliver solutions.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, outreach, and relationship building (calls, emails, social selling, and in-person meetings).
  • Lead sales presentations and discovery calls with senior IT and business leaders.
  • Articulate Info-Tech’s value proposition with clarity and confidence.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as research, SaaS, consulting, or professional services.
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills, with experience engaging senior-level decision-makers.
  • A naturally curious, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Proven ability to listen actively, manage multiple priorities, and work autonomously within a team environment.
  • Resilience and persistence—you thrive in a performance-driven setting and see challenges as opportunities.
  • Commercial acumen, with an understanding of technology, business strategy, and the value of insights-led decision making.
  • Previous experience in an advisory, information services, or business services organization is an asset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in German or Swiss German is an advantage for engaging with clients across EMEA.
