💰 $120,000 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- Report to VP of Brand Partnerships.
- Build brand direct relationships to drive revenue for our North America business.
- Grow and develop brand and agency relationships to achieve revenue targets.
- Strategically identify opportunities and build qualified pipeline through relationship building and understanding brands’ KPIs.
- Partner with VP of Partnerships to prospect, close and grow revenue opportunities; achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Weekly reporting to VP of Partnerships on sales performance and sales forecasting.
- Ideate and build strategic action plans for clients and manage the sales process from outreach to renewal.
- Keep track of competitor activity and identify potential new markets to increase market share.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Measurement teams to ensure campaign development, execution and client satisfaction.
- Vertical remit includes Media & Entertainment (primary) and Finance & Pharmaceutical (secondary).
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in digital advertising sales with exposure to influencer marketing.
- Experience delivering revenue against quarterly and annual goals.
- Ability to build and manage a pipeline to exceed targets.
- Experience with selling directly to brands with strong client relationship building skills.
- Experience working with brands within the Media & Entertainment, Finance and/or Pharmaceutical verticals.
- Ability to be a self starter and to take control of commercial opportunities.
- Strong revenue skills, with an understanding of targets and how to execute against them.
- Skilled in sales strategy, knowing where we are as a business and where we want to be.
- Excellent proposal and presentation skills, with the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast paced environment.
