Identify, collect, develop, manage, and disseminate current-year and future-year non-U.S. Forces data, including readiness, exercises, and training information
Research and evaluate diverse data sources to provide force structure and strategic planning customers with accurate datasets
Support Department of Defense Analytical Support to Force Planning (ASFP) studies and analysis by delivering validated data sources, datasets, and tailored analysis
Provide intelligence-backed insights by identifying, interpreting, and managing non-U.S. data on force structure, order of battle, equipment, doctrine, strategy, and TTPs
Contribute to Intelligence Community efforts to develop intelligence estimates in support of ASFP
Acquire and assess non-U.S. Forces units, equipment, and infrastructure data, documenting availability conditions, classification, formatting, and data pedigree
Apply advanced data analysis methods and present clear, actionable results to senior-level customers and cross-functional study teams
Analyze and assess multi-source intelligence, integrating operational, technical, and strategic data into actionable insights for senior decision-makers at OSD
Develop and deliver finished intelligence products, including threat assessments on specific adversary systems, force posture, and emerging capabilities
Requirements
Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, National Security, Intelligence Studies, or a related field
10+ years of experience in intelligence operations, analysis, or collection management for the DoD
Proven expertise in identifying and analyzing defense or intelligence data sources
Strong knowledge of non-U.S. force structure, order of battle, doctrine, and strategic planning concepts
Experience supporting Joint Staff, OSD, Combatant Commands, or related DoD/IC stakeholders
Ability to manage large, complex datasets while ensuring data accuracy, security, and integrity
Skilled in data analysis techniques and in clearly communicating findings to senior leaders and technical peers
Proven experience in integrating multi-source data and creating actionable intelligence products
Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and/or other visualization/analysis tools
Strong briefing skills with experience engaging senior military, government, or executive stakeholders
Demonstrated commitment to data governance, validation, and interagency coordination
Ability to operate under pressure and deliver accurate results on tight timelines
Active DoD TS/SCI clearance required
U.S. Citizenship required
Must have valid driver’s license and transportation (some travel may be required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and willingness to perform duties not listed in the job description as required
