About the role
- Partner with FP&A, People, Accounting and Business Operations teams to design and deliver reporting and analyses that support operational and strategic decisions
- Build dashboards and recurring reporting for financial performance, recruiting funnel health, and employee experience metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer high-priority questions from G&A leadership, translating results into actionable insights
- Maintain and improve data models that support G&A reporting, ensuring accuracy and scalability
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively, tailoring outputs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop subject matter expertise in G&A functions while building trusted relationships with partners
- Report to the Sr. Manager of GTM Data Science & Analytics as an individual contributor
- Provide broad exposure to how the company runs and support cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in business analytics, data science, or a similar role
- Experience supporting G&A teams (Finance, HR/People, Business Ops) is a plus
- Proficiency in SQL
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
- High degree of intellectual curiosity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured analyses
- Effective communication skills and experience presenting insights to stakeholders
- Self-starter who enjoys working cross-functionally and eager to learn new domains
- Work authorization for the United States may be required (job asks about authorization and sponsorship)
