Human Resources

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across North America (primarily US and Canada)
• Handle recruitment and end-to-end hiring processes for US/CA employees
• Assist in onboarding process for new hires and ensure smooth transitions
• Handle payroll processing and payroll-related tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the HR Management System (HRMS)
• Support employee relations initiatives and address employee queries/concerns
• Collaborate in development and implementation of training programs
• Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing processes and employee experience
• Participate in planning and execution of HR initiatives and use HR tools optimally
• Work US shift (07:00 PM to 03:30 AM IST) to support North America operations
• Be a team player and contribute to overall success of inecta HR team
